Mudra Metta and MoveForward Fitness have come together to offer you this incredible complete Body and Soul Transformational experience!  

Our 8-Week Transformation Program is designed to pick up your life, turn it upside down, shake it, then put it back down in a completely new state!  Our aim is to allow you to dig deep into your own 7 energy chakras, and bring you into a state of not only wellness, but into a radiating, thriving being, living the life you were meant to live!

We are combining the benefits of physical health (with personal training and group fitness classes) with the spiritual side, where we will work with the 7 chakras, and how they each relate to our lives.  This is a complete body and soul reset, just in time for spring!  After a long year, it's been tough on our bodies and souls, and now is the perfect time to reset our lives on all levels!

This is an 8 week program, designed to run alongside your life, so that you can fit it in around your schedule.  You can join as many or as few of the meditations, yoga sessions and fitness classes as you like.  Your personal training sessions and reiki sessions will be booked by you, according to your availability.  All videos will be accessible to you at the beginning of each week, and you can watch them at anytime that is convenient for you.

  • Weekly one-on-one personal training sessions
  • 2 Live Online Reiki sessions

Themes for Each Week…

  1. Create Space: Clearing old energies, change your perspective, introduction to the chakras.
  2. Ground Yourself: Muladhara Chakra (Root Chakra), earth element, survival, stability, the body, etc.
  3. Go With the Flow: Svadhisthana Chakra (Sacral Chakra), water element, movement, sexuality, pleasure, emotions, etc.
  4. Ignite Your Passion: Manipura Chakra (Solar Plexus), fire element, power, will, transformation, energy, etc.
  5. Breath and Balance: Anahata Chakra (Heart Chakra), air element, love, balance, relationships, compassion, etc.
  6. Communication and Purification: Vishuddhi Chakra (Throat Chakra), ether element, or sound element, vibration, communication, creativity, etc.
  7. Light Your Way: Ajna Chakra (Third Eye Chakra), light element, clairvoyance, memory, dreams, visions, intuition, etc.
  8. Connection to the Divine: Sahasrara Chakra (Crown Chakra), thought element, information, comprehension, awakening, consciousness, meditation, etc.
