About The Event
This is a FREE 90 minute information session with Tom (personal trainer and coach) and Andrea (yoga instructor and wellness professional) where we will discuss the dangers of a sedentary and stressful lifestyle, and what you can do to change it!
Tom will discuss the effects, including mental health, depression, weight gain, pain, lethargy, stress, and headaches. He will then share some interesting life hacks, and a 10 minute mobility routine you can do at your desk!
Andrea will share some tips and tricks to handle stress, including breathing techniques, a short yoga session, and lead you through a short guided meditation. All of these are simple and can be applied to your life daily whenever you need to lower your stress levels!
