  • 10:30am: Meet & Greet
  • 11am: Intro & Theory - The 7 W's, technique & tips
  • 11:30: Feet & Legs - Instruction & Practice
  • 1pm: Lunch
  • 2pm: Arms & Head - Instruction & Practice
  • 4pm: Practice up until now
  • 5:30pm: Dinner

Sunday, Nov 27th: Part 2 - Back Position

  • 9am: Morning Yoga Practice (Hatha)
  • 10:30am: Q&A
  • 11am: Back postion: Feet & Legs - Instruction & Practice
  • 1pm: Lunch
  • 2pm: Back - Instruction & Practice
  • 4pm: Putting it all together
  • 5:30pm: Dinner
  • 7:30pm (Optional) Meditation with Joan Matthews
