Yin & Yang Retreat - Sutton, QC

This is a retreat that you will never forget!  

Whether you are a seasoned yogi, or completely new to yoga and meditation, you will dive into yourself in a way that you never have experienced before.  

During this retreat, we are going to be using yoga and meditation, in a serene space in nature, to dive deep.  This 5 day, 4 night retreat will involve 8 sessions, starting with "creating space", and then delving into each of the seven chakras.  You will learn what each chakra is about, and how to understand if your chakras are in balance, deficient, or excessive, and how to bring them back into balance.  Not only will we be connecting with ourselves on a more profound level, but we'll also be connecting with each other, and with nature.  

The retreat will take place at the Auberge Yoga Salamandre.  This lush 2 acre property in the heart of the Eastern Townships will make you feel completely in tune with nature on the banks of the Yamaska river.  You will stay in a large beautiful house, in the room of your choice.  Yoga and meditation sessions will be outdoors (when the weather is good) on the stunning open air platorm by the river, where you can also swim and walk during your free time.  There is also a fire pit for bonfires in the evening, and plenty of space to connect and reflect.  In case of bad weather, the yoga and meditation sessions will take place in the bright, open space within the house.

There will be 4 teachers/facilitators, a private caterer, and a maximum of 15 participants.  You'll get as much individual attention as you need, or plenty of space to be alone.  

The Retreat includes:

• 8 sessions of yoga/meditation
• 3 meals per day (one meal on first and last days)

Tickets below reflect a 10% deposit to book your spot.  This deposit is non-refundable.  You can choose how you want to pay for the rest and an invoice will be sent to you accordingly.  Here are the pricing options:

• Dorm Room (8 beds): $1150/person
• Private Double Room (Double/Queen bed for 2 people): $1350/person
• Private Triple Room (Double bed & 3/4 bed for 3 people): $1250/person
• Semi-Private Room (1 of 2 single beds): $1450/person
• Private Room (Double/Queen bed for 1 person): $1850

A payment plan is available for any of these room options.  Payment plan involves your price, +10%, divided into 4 equal payments every month.  Since the 10% is already taken as your deposit, we would just divide the original price by 4.

Example: 

Dorm Room = $115 (deposited), $1150 / 4 = $287.50 every month for 4 consecutive months.
