Mountaintop Yoga
Come and Join Us for International Yoga Day!

Join us for a 90-minute outdoor yoga class in celebration of International Yoga Day, held at our farm in Glen Sutton (about 15 minutes from Sutton, Quebec). We’ll practice on the grass in a circle at the top of the hill, surrounded by quiet fields, forest, and wide 180-degree views of the Vermont Green Mountains. The session includes a gentle yoga practice, a short mantra/chant, and a guided meditation to close. This is a one-off public class (normally offered as private sessions). All levels are welcome. We run rain or shine—if needed, we’ll move our practice into the barn so we can stay warm and dry.
