Using gentle touch, long holds, and breath-guided movement through clothing, the session supports digestion, releases tension around the diaphragm, and encourages natural energy flow. Adapted from the principles of Chi Nei Tsang and traditional Thai healing, this approach allows for effective abdominal release while maintaining comfort, modesty, and clear energetic boundaries. It’s especially beneficial for stress, sluggish digestion, emotional holding, or when you simply want to reconnect with your centre. After recently completing my Chi Nei Tsang Level 1 Training, I am looking to adapt and develop this massage into my own practice, so I am offering this service at half price for the first 10 clients that book.
