Here is what a Snowga with Goats Day looks like: -Meet the goats -Snowshoeing around the forest, ending at the yoga platform -Explanation and instructions -Short Meditation -Goats join us! -Short Yoga practice to keep ourselves warm (while hanging out with goats) -Petting, playing, and photo time with the goats -Enjoy some hot chocolate! -Walk back down the hill with the goats and say goodbye! Please wear warm winter clothes as this is 100% outdoors. ***Bring your own snowshoes! If you need to rent some we can arrange that. Please let us know asap!*** Note: There will be no goats jumping on your back as in usual goat yoga in the summer. The goats are too big at this time and we save this for the babies that will be born in the spring. Instruction is in English by Andie, but Bob, the goat farmer can answer any of your questions, in English or French.
