Join Marie Neige and I (Andie) for our seasonal Spa Yoga Workshops designed to help you connect with the energy of the season. Through breathwork, restorative postures, and gentle massages in each pose, you’ll be able to let go of what no longer serves you and welcome fresh inspiration if and when it feels right for you.
