Using gentle touch, long holds, and breath-guided movement through clothing, the session supports digestion, releases tension around the diaphragm, and encourages natural energy flow. Adapted from the principles of Chi Nei Tsang and traditional Thai healing, this approach allows for effective abdominal release while maintaining comfort, modesty, and clear energetic boundaries. It’s especially beneficial for stress, sluggish digestion, emotional holding, or when you simply want to reconnect with your centre.
