- 11am: Intro & Theory - The 7 W's, technique & tips
- 11:30: Feet & Legs - Instruction & Practice
- 1pm: Lunch
- 2pm: Arms & Head - Instruction & Practice
- 4pm: Practice up until now
- 5:30pm: Dinner
Sunday, Nov 27th: Part 2 - Back Position
- 9am: Morning Yoga Practice (Hatha)
- 10:30am: Q&A
- 11am: Back postion: Feet & Legs - Instruction & Practice
- 1pm: Lunch
- 2pm: Back - Instruction & Practice
- 4pm: Putting it all together
- 5:30pm: Dinner
- 7:30pm (Optional) Meditation with Joan Matthews
