All About It

Yoga for back pain is a brand new class that I've designed, inspired by the rising prevalence of back pain, both in myself, and my clients. After completing a course in back pain by the Harvard Medical school, I learned that back pain is both extremely common, as well as treatable! There is so much you can do through exercise, movement, stress reduction, and mindfulness...and these are all directly related to yoga! This course is done in my home in Glen Sutton, and space is limited to myself and two students, so it is semi private. We will focus on strengthening the core muscles that support the spine, and stretching and movements in a slow and mindful way that allows us to understand which movements affect back pain, and to work on ways to move in a healthy and pain-free way. Semi-private classes (maximum 2 students) are 2 hours long, $80 each, or $375 for 5 sessions.

For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, a charge of 50% will be requested. No charge for rescheduling.
